Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or relevant field
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in grades 3-6

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with IEP goals
- Create a structured and supportive learning environment for approximately 10 students
- Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Engage in regular communication with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral expectations
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
