Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
- Certification or endorsement in Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in behavior support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with a dedicated paraprofessional to support the students needs
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Communicate regularly with parents and other educational staff about student development
- Create a safe and positive learning environment tailored to the students requirements
