Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Create a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to facilitate inclusion
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding student development
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding special education
