Job Description
An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in Special Education within an elementary setting. This role is focused on providing tailored educational experiences to students in a behavior cluster program, facilitating their growth and learning from Kindergarten through 3rd grade.

Marana, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for a caseload of approximately 15 students.
- Collaborate with paraprofessional support staff to create a positive and structured learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student development and challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Current state certification or licensure in Special Education.
- Experience working with elementary-age students, particularly in a behavior intervention setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration with staff and families.
- Ability to implement IEPs effectively and manage classroom behavior positively.
