Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the academic, social, medical, and physical needs of each student.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, staff, and families to foster a comprehensive support system.
- Create a structured and positive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a life skills or self-contained classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs.
