Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Teaching License
- Experience in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet diverse learning needs
- Previous experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a special education setting
Location: Mesa, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction in academic, social, behavioral, and life skills areas tailored to each students IEP.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized education plans and monitor student progress.
- Develop and maintain a positive and structured learning environment that encourages student engagement and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
- Implement assessment tools to evaluate and document student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
