Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid state certification in Special Education.
- Previous experience teaching K-8 students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Proficient in creating adaptive lesson plans.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting IEP goals as necessary.
