Qualifications:
- Must meet Highly Qualified Secondary Special Education Requirements.
- Demonstrated content knowledge in a particular area for providing direct instruction.
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Ability to monitor and assess progress towards IEP goals and objectives.
- Strong skills in curriculum development and differentiation, particularly in socialization and independence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff and parents.

Responsibilities:
