Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or relevant field.
- Valid state certification in Special Education.
- Previous experience working with middle school-aged students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans that align with IEP goals.
- Provide direct instruction to students with varying disabilities.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP compliance.
