- Collaborate with paraprofessionals and other staff to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to support individual goals.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and team members regarding student development and progress.
Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educators License.
- Learning Behavior Specialist 1 endorsement is required.
- Experience working with students with disabilities, particularly in elementary education.
- Strong understanding of behavioral disorders and effective intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
