- Proficiency in co-teaching models and facilitating IEP meetings

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for students with special needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to create an inclusive classroom environment
- Utilize a co-teaching model to support diverse learning styles
- Facilitate IEP meetings and maintain necessary documentation
- Provide guidance and support to paraprofessionals in the classroom
