Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with developmental delays.
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals to create a nurturing and structured classroom atmosphere.

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education and/or Early Childhood Education.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and Instructional I certification.
- Strong experience with IEPs and the special education process.
- Ability to manage and facilitate a positive learning environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
