Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow educators regarding student progress and needs.

Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education and/or Early Childhood Education is required.
- A Bachelors degree in Education, with an emphasis on Special Education or related fields.
- Strong background in managing IEP processes and documentation.
- Ability to create a collaborative and nurturing learning environment.
- Experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs.
