Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement
- Collaborate with general education teachers to facilitate integration into the classroom
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding academic and behavioral expectations
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP documentation
