Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with general education teachers and other specialists to support inclusive practices
- Create and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic and behavioral expectations
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and required training
