Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid state certification in Special Education

Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive educational support to students in the Readiness Program (PreK - 3-5 year olds)
- Develop, evaluate, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to create a nurturing and effective learning environment
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Engage with students through interactive and developmentally appropriate activities
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
