Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs in a virtual setting.
• Deliver live and pre-recorded lessons tailored to each students learning style and needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in special education and online instruction.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Valid licensure in Georgia or your current state of residence (if applicable).
• At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting.
• Proficiency with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
