Qualifications:
- Current Delaware Licensure (14 DE Admin Code 1500 - Professional Standards Board).
- Special Education Certification from Delaware and current certification in at least one content area.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and support struggling learners through innovative teaching strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering student relationships and understanding.
- Proficient in oral and written communication, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in interactions.

- Remote position serving K-12 students in a correctional setting based in Dover, DE.
