Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student progress regularly, identifying gaps in understanding and implementing remediation strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Current Delaware Licensure (14 DE Admin Code 1500 - Professional Standards Board).
  • Special Education Certification from Delaware and current certification in at least one content area.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and support struggling learners through innovative teaching strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering student relationships and understanding.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in interactions.

  • Remote position serving K-12 students in a correctional setting based in Dover, DE.
