This full-time itinerant position is based in Arlington, VA, within a K-12 school environment. Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia teaching license or eligibility for licensure
- Endorsement in Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Preferred dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with visual impairments
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Provide direct instruction and resources tailored to each student's needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and relevant training
