Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment (TVI).
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students with visual impairments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and families.
- Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive tools.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with visual impairments.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other specialists to ensure a comprehensive approach to student learning.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding visual impairments and support strategies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, staff development, and professional growth opportunities.
