Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Teaching for the Visually Impaired (TVI)
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in inclusive settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop tailored educational plans
- Proficiency in braille and other assistive technologies
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with staff, students, and families
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with visual impairments
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists to create an inclusive learning environment
- Provide direct instruction in the use of assistive technologies and adaptive materials
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student development
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and instructional methods
