School Psychologist – Full-Time, Competitive Pay with Full Benefits

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team! This full-time position offers competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a School Psychologist, you will work closely with students, families, and staff to support the mental health and academic success of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and testing to identify students’ needs and determine eligibility for special education services.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop effective interventions and support strategies for students.
- Provide individual and group counseling for students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
- Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral needs.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for students in need of immediate assistance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Connecticut certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with students in K-12.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment, behavioral interventions, and special education laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $50-$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
