Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23/hour

ProCare Therapy is partnering with Dover School District to find dedicated Paraprofessionals to support high school students in both 1:1 and classroom settings. If you are passionate about making a difference and have experience with students who exhibit mixed behaviors, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist high school students with learning tasks, behavior management, and emotional support.
• Provide 1:1 support as well as classroom assistance.
• Work closely with teachers to implement IEPs, behavioral strategies, and individual student plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for students.

What You Need to Apply:

• References: Three professional references, including 1 supervisor and 2 other contacts (will be collected after the phone screen).
• One of the Following Documents:
  • High School Diploma
  • Para I Certification
  • College Transcripts
  • College Diploma
  • Para II Certification

Interview Process:

• Step 1: 10-15 minute phone screening to discuss your background and interest.
• Step 2: 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
• Step 3: Offer extended within 24-48 hours of interview.
