Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for a dedicated School Psychologist to support K4-3rd and 6th-10th grade students in Beloit, Wisconsin. This role will allow you to make a lasting impact by promoting student success, providing comprehensive mental health services, and collaborating closely with teachers, families, and staff. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and interpreting data to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Providing direct support to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Growing and evolving caseload year over year.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Education required; Education Specialist or Doctorate preferred.
- Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Pupil Services License.
- Certification: Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting Certification, to be completed annually before the start date.
- Skills: Strong background in assessment, intervention strategies, and collaboration with school staff.
Interview Process
We are conducting a multi-step interview process that includes an initial phone screening, followed by a virtual interview with school administrators and a final in-person meeting.
