Are you dedicated to empowering students with special needs and creating meaningful change in their lives? ProCare Therapy is working with a distinguished school district in Massachusetts to find a compassionate and experienced Special Education Teacher for the upcoming school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to address each student’s unique academic, behavioral, and emotional requirements.
- Provide personalized support through one-on-one and small group instruction, adapting teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles.
- Partner with parents, teachers, and other professionals to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
- Regularly assess and track student progress, making adjustments to teaching methods to enhance student development and success.
