Position Details:
-Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
-Location: California, Remote
-Employment Type: 1099
-Hourly Pay: $55-65 (commensurate with experience and based on school district)
-Caseload Details: Mild to Moderate needs, K-12 suppose
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet individual needs.
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions to improve students' speech and language abilities.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to optimize outcomes.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in California {and residential state if applicable}
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in evidence-based speech and language therapy practices
- 2 years of experience in virtual therapy sessions
- Passed technical screening, specifics to be discussed in phone interview
