Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Shelby, NC

We're seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2023-24 school year in Shelby, NC to work within a workload model. The successful candidate will diagnose communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, collaborate with other professionals, monitor progress, maintain documentation, participate in meetings, and provide training and support to staff.

Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, North Carolina state licensure, CCC from ASHA, prior experience with school-aged children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, knowledge of current research and best practices, ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
