Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Grants Pass, Oregon
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:00pm
Description:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Grants Pass, Oregon. This is a full-time position with a K-12 caseload. As an SLP, you will be responsible for identifying and treating speech and language disorders in students, providing therapy services, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students with communication disorders and develop treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs and disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide education and training to parents and teachers on speech and language development and strategies for supporting students with communication disorders
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Oregon state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
