Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Contract: ProCare Therapy for the 23-24 school year
8/17/23-6/7/24

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Burlington, North Carolina. As an SLP, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to about 50 students students from K-12th grade, helping them improve their communication skills and overcome speech-related challenges. The caseload is moderate to severe disabilities and with a wide range of therapy needs. This is a full-time position with a contract through ProCare Therapy.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
-Monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
-Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations, progress, and interventions

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
School experience preferred; not required
NC SLP license
CFs or CCCs
