Position Overview: We are actively seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Brooklyn Center, MN, for the second semester of the 2024/2025 school year. This role will commence in January 2025 and run through June 2025. Candidates have the option to extend into the summer term and/or secure a renewal for the next academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy services to K-8th grade students.
  • Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to address students’ communication challenges and support their educational growth.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Provide support and strategies to enhance students’ communication skills and academic performance.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certification
  • Preferred experience working with K-8th grade students.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to helping students reach their full potential.
