Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Lakewood, WA
Calling all superstar Speech-Language Pathologists! We have an amazing full-time opportunity in Lakewood, WA for a passionate SLP ready to jump in and make a difference. With a caseload of 30-35 students (mostly elementary) and a flexible setup between a home base and an additional site, this role offers variety and a rewarding experience.
Position Details:
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: 30-35 students (mostly elementary)
- Location: 1 home base and 1 additional support site
- Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year (June 2025)
- Pay Rate: $45+ per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students, developing individualized plans for therapy.
- Provide direct therapy services, addressing a range of speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student growth.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license for Washington State, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
- Experience working with elementary-aged students is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
