Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide direct therapy services, assist with assessments, and support individuals in reaching their communication goals.

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Antioch, CA
Job Type: Full-Time - W2
Compensation: 37+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to children and/or adults under the supervision of an SLP.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations as needed.
• Support therapy sessions in various settings, including schools, clinics, or homes.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• SLPA certification from an accredited program.
• Valid California SLPA license.
