Paraprofessional (Student Aide)

We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team near Orange, MA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students with special needs achieve both their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer personalized support to students, either one-on-one or in small groups, to help them achieve academic success.
  • Partner with teachers to assist in daily classroom activities, lesson planning, and overall student engagement.
  • Implement and follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain a professional approach when working with students, staff, and families to ensure a positive and inclusive educational environment.
