Job Title: Special Education Teacher (Resource Classroom) 
Location: Buckeye, AZ
Employment type: Fulltime
Caseload: Grades 6-8 

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet the unique learning styles and abilities of each student
• Teach in various settings, including resource rooms, self-contained classrooms, and co-teaching environments
• Manage caseloads based on licensure, experience, and preferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree is a plus.)
• Valid state (AZ) teaching certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain certification
• Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
