Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailored lesson plans for students with a wide range of needs, including Autism, SLD, and emotional/behavioral challenges
• Collaborate closely with a team of teachers, counselors, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and enforce behavioral and emotional support strategies to help students thrive
• Implement adaptive techniques and provide essential life skills resources to enhance social/emotional development

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field 
• Active Special Education License in WA

Interview Process:

1. A 10-15 minute conversation with a ProCare recruiter to discuss your qualifications and the role
2. A 20-30 minute virtual or in-person interview with the school district
3. Offer typically extended within 24-48 hours of the interview
