ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and certified Special Education Teacher to join our team in Springfield, MA. This full-time position allows you to make a positive impact by supporting students with their behavior intervention plans in a collaborative school setting.
Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Springfield, MA
Hours: Full-Time
Certification: Active Special Education State License
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Create IEPs: Develop and manage individualized education plans.
• Adapt Teaching: Modify methods and materials for diverse needs.
• Track Progress: Assess and monitor students' progress.
• Collaborate: Work with parents and professionals to support students.

 
Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field.
• Certification: State certification or licensure in special education.
• Experience: Experience with students with special needs.
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.
