Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Caseload: K-12 available

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet the unique learning styles and abilities of each student
• Teach in various settings, including resource rooms, self-contained classrooms, and co-teaching environments
• Manage caseloads based on licensure, experience, and preferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field 
• Valid state (IN) teaching certification/license in Special Education
• Experience working with students with special needs (Elementary, middle, or high school settings)
