- Grade Level: 2nd or 3rd Grade

Qualifications
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (required).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Experience in special education settings preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs.
- Provide instruction and interventions in small group, inclusion, or one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies to ensure success.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development through targeted interventions.
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $32+ (Varies based on experience).
