Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Buckeye, AZ (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time
Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour (based on experience)

- Hours per Week: Full-time (5 days per week)
- Caseload Size: 35-40 students
- Grade Levels: 3rd-5th grade

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide resource pull-out and push-in services for students requiring additional academic support.
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to design effective instructional strategies.
- Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with families to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Experience with resource room teaching and managing IEPs preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for students with varying needs.
