Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of preschool-aged students.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching methods to support developmental milestones in a structured, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience.
• Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments to instructional strategies.
• Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment to encourage student participation and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Active Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education.
