**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher to join our esteemed team for the upcoming academic year. This role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and specialists to deliver tailored support and resources to students, enabling them to thrive both academically and socially.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Utilize evidencebased practices and innovative technologies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Continuously evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies to enhance student success.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists to support and advance student development.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and educational goals.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Valid Special Education Teaching License or eligibility for certification.
• Demonstrated experience working with students with diverse learning needs and disabilities.
• Indepth knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills:**

• Experience with assistive technology and adaptive tools.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.
