Job Opening: Special Education Teacher (K-12)
Location: Farmville, VA
Position: Full-Time [Contract]
Salary: $35-$40.00 per hour

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to work with K-12 students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will create inclusive classrooms, develop IEPs, and collaborate with staff and families to support student growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IEPs.
Provide individualized support to students with disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers and staff.
Monitor and adjust instruction based on student progress.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education.
Certification: Valid Special Education teaching license (K-12).
Experience: Preferred, but not required.
Skills: Strong communication and classroom management skills.
