Speech Language Pathologist
Do you have a passion for helping students communicate effectively and overcome communication challenges? ProCare Therapy is partnered with a school district in seeking a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join their team for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Full Time 24/25 position
- Red Lion, PA
- 2 elementary schools, 30 kids per site
- Prefer CCC; open to CF
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to assess students' progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
- Appropriate state certification or licensure for therapy in schools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
