Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Fairfield, CA
Job Type: Full-time (open to part-time)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve communication skills and swallowing function.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
- Valid State SLP license
- Desire to work in pediatrics and make a difference.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
