Job Description

ProCare Therapy has partnered with a School District near the North Adams, MA area that is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year of 2024-2025. The SLP will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders and disabilities.   • Full time (32.5 hours/week)
  • 3rd-12th grade caseload / possibly three school sites
  • $45 - $55/hour (dependent on experience,background,etc.)
  • Start : August 2024
  • End : June 2025


  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.


  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
  • Active State Massechusetts SLP License
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
