Pay Rate: Starting at $44/hour, up to $48/hour based on experience
Caseload: PreK-12

Position Overview:

Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) looking for a remote opportunity in Connecticut schools? ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced professional to provide virtual speech therapy services to students in need. Our teletherapy platform allows therapists to work from home while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Conduct engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Provide training and consultation to educators and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest research in speech-language pathology and teletherapy.

Position Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in school-based settings required.
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and virtual therapy tools is a plus.
• Must have all required Connecticut clearances and certifications.
• Reliable internet connection and tech-savvy skills for virtual therapy.
