Location: Cahokia Heights, Illinois
Job Type: Full-Time - W2
Salary: 43+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, patient needs, and goals.
• Therapy Sessions: Provide direct therapy services for children and/or adults with various speech and language disorders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with families, teachers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions in compliance with state regulations.
• Education: Educate clients and their families on communication strategies, techniques, and exercises to improve functional communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current and valid Illinois State Licensure (SLP).
• Certifications: ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
