Position Overview:

We are actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support local districts throughout Hillsdale County, MI. These roles are in-person positions intended to replace virtual/remote candidates and provide hands-on, direct therapy services to students and families.

Early Intervention opportunities are available, as well as other placement options depending on experience and preference — offering flexibility to match your skillset and interest!

Position Highlights:

• Location: Hillsdale, MI (serving various districts within the county)
• Positions: 5 SLPs needed (and growing) — open to early intervention, school-aged, and other settings
• Schedule: Flexible depending on assignment — full-time preferred, part-time options may be considered
• Setting: Onsite/in-person (no virtual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and consultations for a range of student ages and needs
• Support early intervention caseloads (if assigned), including working with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in IEP development and meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Current Michigan SLP License (Required)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply — supervision available
• Experience in schools or early intervention is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
