Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity in East Providence, Rhode Island - CFY eligible

I have an opening in East Providence, Rhode Island for a speech language pathologist, requiring a master's degree with a preference for state education license holders. New grads will be considered for this position, great opportunity to make progress on your clinical fellowship year!

Job Description:

• Full-Time Hours, 32.5 hours per week
• Contracted until end of school year
• Immediate hire, start within two weeks of offer
• Elementary age caseload
• Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Screening, evaluating, and diagnosing speech/language disorders
  • Maintaining thorough, ongoing student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Developing goals and executing individual education plans (IEPs) to assist students in achieving their highest potential

Job Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates permissible
• Department of Education Certificate - Rhode Island, required if CCC already obtained: see here for licensure details!
