Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity in Livonia, MI!
Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in Livonia, MI? ProCare Therapy is offering a part-time opportunity, working 32 hours per week, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role allows you to work across a variety of grade levels, from PreK to high school, providing essential speech therapy services to students.
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Livonia, MI
Hours: Part-time, 32 hours per week
Caseload: 60 students or less, across PreK to high school
Dates: 2024-2025 School Year
Requirements: Must have SLP licensure in Michigan and be able to work in person
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services, including evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students across PreK to high school
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with service minutes
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active SLP license in the state of Michigan
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Availability: Must be able to work in person
